Settings for Your Email Program (IMAP & POP3)

For Mail Basic email accounts

If you do not have a Mail Basic account, please reference the setup guides for Mail Business, Microsoft Exchange 2013 and Microsoft Office 365.

You can use your Mail Basic email address with any email program.

Many email programs provide you with a setup wizard. In most cases, it is not necessary to enter the connection data manually. The information below is available in case the wizard fails or you have problems sending and receiving emails.

Choosing the Appropriate Account Type

When setting up the account in your email program, you can choose between IMAP or POP. Your mailboxes are automatically configured to use both account types. We recommend a setup via IMAP.
