Our goal is to ensure the reliable operation of your server, as well as provide assistance with all IONOS interfaces, products, and related questions.

For all IONOS Server products, we support the IONOS user interfaces, the server hardware, the IONOS network, and any software included with base installations.

  • For Dedicated servers you are responsible for monitoring your HDD/SSD health. If one of your storage devices breaks, or for any other hardware faults please contact contact support at +44 (0) 333 336 5327

  • Root access servers are not backed up by IONOS. Please consider protecting your data using an external backup solution such as our Cloud Backup.
