We will show you how you can retry payment of your IONOS invoice, if you have received notice that the payment attempt failed.
Alternatively, you can pay the open invoice amount using PayPal. You simply have to change your payment method to PayPal in your account.
Log In and Change Payment MethodsChange Your Payment Method
Log in to IONOS and click the My Account & Logout icon from the top-right of the page.
Click Invoices & Payment Details.
In the Payment Method box, click Edit.
- Make any necessary changes to your payment details. Once you are finished, click Save.
A new payment attempt will now be scheduled for the amount due.
Changes to PayPal account or credit card may take up to 5 days to collect payment.
Changes to direct debit may take up to 21 days to confirm the new account and collect payment.
