For IONOS hosting contracts
If you as a consumer have ordered an IONOS contract online, in writing or by telephone, you can cancel it within a 14-day withdrawal period. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is made. Please state explicitly that you wish to cancel your contract.
The cancellation policy and all necessary information can be found on the IONOS Terms and Conditions page under point 4.3.
Additionally, IONOS offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for certain products. Under this guarantee, you can make use of our money-back guarantee within the first month.
