Art. 15 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) regulates the "right to data access", which allows data subjects to find out what personal data of theirs is being processed. This article provides information on how to request information about your IONOS account.
Request data information
- Log in to your IONOS account.
- In the title bar, click on Menu > My account > Data protection & privacy notice .
- In the Data information tile, click on the Request data information link.
