Contract information and Terms and Conditions for IONOS contracts

This article explains how to retrieve information about your IONOS contract, such as contract date and term.
Retrieve contract information
Log in to your IONOS account.
Click Menu > My account in the title bar. The My account page opens.
Click on the Contracts & subscriptions tile. The Contracts & subscriptions page opens and your existing IONOS contracts are displayed.
- Click on the contract for which you would like more information. The details of the contract are displayed:
Details tab: When was the contract created and when will the contract be renewed
Contract services tab: Included products and services
Additional items/domains tab: Additional features and domains
