Managing contact preferences and consents

This article explains how to change the contact and consent settings in your IONOS account.
Manage consents
- Log in to your IONOS account.
Click Menu > My account in the title bar. The My account page opens.
- Click on Data protection & privacy notice. The Data protection & privacy notice page opens.
- In the Contact preferences section, click Open settings. The Contact preferences page opens.
- Customise the settings on the Contact preferences page according to your wishes.
You can make the following settings:
- How IONOS may contact you.
- Contact preferences for email, SMS & regular mail.
- Subject areas for which you would like to receive special offers.
