Managing profile details

This article explains the purpose of the profile details in your IONOS account.

Possible information

The voluntary profile information in your IONOS account helps IONOS to better support you with inquiries. You can provide information on the following points via selection fields:

  • "For me as a customer the most important success factor is"
  • "My products are managed by"
  • "I use my products for"
  • "I consider my digital knowledge to be"

Depending on your selection, further details are possible.

Edit profile details

  • Log in to your IONOS account.

  • Click on Menu > My account in the title bar. The My account page opens.

  • Click on the Profile details tile. The Profile details page opens.

  • To customise your profile, click on Edit profile details. Reset all profile details to "-- Please select --" to delete previous details.
  • Click on Save to finalise your entries.
