Export all uploaded HiDrive files
The Help Centre article "Creating and managing a HiDrive backup" provides information on how to create a backup of your cloud storage.
Export device backups
Device backups save photos, videos and contacts from your smartphone or laptop.
- Open the HiDrive web application in your internet browser.
Click on the Device backups entry in the HiDrive menu. A list of existing device backups is displayed.
Click on the arrow symbol (Download zip file) in the line of the desired backup. The backup is saved as a zipped file on your local computer.
