You can track an IONOS support ticket in order to view updates or to add additional comments. This article explains how to track a support ticket.

Track an IONOS support ticket

To view a support ticket, complete the following:

  • Login to your IONOS account.
  • Click on Help, contact & support tickets (question-mark speech bubble) in the top right menu. The Help, contact & support tickets overlay window will appear.
  • Click on the Support tickets tab. From here you can manage and create support tickets.
  • Click on View and create tickets. The Support tickets overview page opens.
  • Under the Topic tab, click on the ticket you want to view. The Ticket details page opens.

From here you can view information on the ticket such as the status, when it was last updated, and view comments.

Add a comment to a ticket

After opening a specific ticket following the steps above, you can add additional information in the form of a comment. To add a comment, complete the following:

  • On the Ticket details page, click on Add comment.
  • Enter your desired information in the supplied textbox under Details of your inquiry.
  • Click on Add comment.

On the Support tickets overview page, under the Status column, a ticket will indicate if it requires your attention with a status of “Information required”.
