Changing business type (with or without physical location)

Valid for rankingCoach Advanced and rankingCoach Pro.

Once you have set up rankingCoach, it is not possible to change the business type. This article explains how to reset this setting.

Solution: Delete rankingCoach Project and Create a New One

You can customise the settings of your company profile via the rankingCoach menu Settings > Business. However, only address data can be edited in the Business type group after the initial setup.

The setting With physical location/Without physical location cannot be edited. To change the company type, it is necessary to delete the project and create a new one.

Click Settings > Manage projects on the rankingCoach interface.
Move your mouse pointer over the project graphic.
Click on the X symbol (delete project) that now appears.
Create the project again as described in the article "Getting started using rankingCoach".
