Valid for customers and clients of IONOS partners.

No matter what kind of project you want to implement online, the IONOS Agency Partner Network connects you with the right service provider from the IONOS Agency Partner Program. This article provides you with an initial overview.

Finding a partner

To find an expert for your project:

  • Open the desired IONOS Agency Partner Network.
  • Narrow down the suitable partner using the options in the search bar.
  • Click on a partner's tile to get more details about the service provider.
  • In the detailed view, click the Contact partner button to send the partner the most important details of your project free of charge and without obligation.

Once the partner has received your enquiry, they can send you a release request for your IONOS account with full or partial access. Approvals make it easier for you and your contractor to work together. You can find out more details about approvals in the article Differences between full and partial access.

You can also simplify the enquiry process and grant the partner access directly via the partner network. The section "Granting access during the enquiry process" in this article explains how this works.

Selecting a partner

To make it easier for you to select a partner, IONOS has launched Partner Levels. These partners are characterised by particularly high quality and customer focus.

On the overview page of the IONOS Agency Partner Network, these partners are marked with the coloured Premium badge. In the detailed view, you will find the partner logo for Partner Level participation in the title bar to the right of the partner name.

Note

Would you like to become a partner yourself? The most important information is summarised in the article First steps in the IONOS Agency Partner Program.

Granting access during the enquiry process

Use your IONOS account to shorten the enquiry process with the desired partner. To do this, open the partner detail view in the Agency Partner Network and then click on Log in now and grant access.

After logging in to your IONOS account if you have already assigned access rights, the Manage access authorisation link appears in the partner detail view, which you can use to change these settings.

You can find more information on access authorisations in the article Differences between full and partial access.
