Create and manage web projects

Project management in IONOS Partner Portal helps you to process customer orders in a structured manner. In particular, task management and the associated option to set deadlines to help support your workflow. This article provides information on how to utilise these options.
Note
- Content management systems used in the customer project, such as Wordpress, are automatically recognised and receive a link for direct access. Manual changes to the link are possible at any time. 
- The performance and security of the project website can be checked from within the project using the website checker. 
Create and edit a web project
To create a web project in your IONOS Partner Portal:
- Log in to the IONOS Partner Portal with your access data. 
- In the navigation bar on the left, click on Projects > Web projects 
- Click on the button Add project button or select one of the existing projects. 
- Complete or edit the project data. 
Deleting a web project
To delete a web project:
- Log in to the IONOS Partner Portal with your access data. 
- In the navigation bar on the left, click on Projects > Web projects. 
- Select one of the existing projects. 
- At the end of the project overview, click on Delete project. 
- Confirm the confirmation prompt to permanently delete the project 
Creating and editing tasks for a web project
To add a task to a web project:
- Log in to the IONOS Partner Portal with your access data. 
- In the navigation bar on the left, click on Projects > Web projects. 
- Click on the button Add project button or select one of the existing projects. 
- Click under Tasks click on the light grey text Enter a new task here. 
- Enter the task text and finish your entry with Add or press the Enter key. 
- Click on the Calendar icon to add a due date to your task. 
To delete a task permanently, click on the trash can icon.
Caution
Tasks are deleted without further enquiry and cannot be restored.
