Information on the Implementation of Penetration Tests

Penetration tests help to identify and close technical security vulnerabilities. In principle, IONOS allows penetration tests of services, applications, and infrastructure provided to you as a customer under your contract.

To ensure that a penetration test does not impact other IONOS customers and the IONOS infrastructure, tests must first be registered with us and may only be performed after approval.
