Valid for MyWebsite and MyShop

This article will teach you how to configure right of withdrawal policies to be automatically attached as a PDF file to order status emails.

Requirements

  • You have set up your right of withdrawal policy (see Help Centre article "Setting up legal texts").
  • You have activated the corresponding e-mail event so that order status emails are sent (see Help Centre article "Setting up e-mail events").

Attach cancellation notices

  • In the menu, select Settings > Order document settings.
  • Click on Right of withdrawal in e-mails .
  • Activate the e-mail event for which the right of withdrawal policy should be attached to the order status emails as a PDF file.
Note: You can only activate the option Attach right of withdrawal policy as a PDF file if the corresponding e-mail event is also activated (see Help Centre article "Setting up e-mail events"). Deactivated e-mail events are indicated by a greyed-out letter symbol.
  • Activate whether the right of withdrawal policy should also be automatically attached as a PDF file when sending order documents.
Note: You can find out how to create and send invoices, delivery notes, and invoice corrections in the Help Centre article "Creating documents for orders".
  • Click on Save.
