In this article, you will learn how to manually create a new order for a customer.

Requirement

The customer must have already ordered in your online shop so that their data has been created in the MyShop administration.

Create order in the online shop

  • Click on Customers in the MyShop menu.

  • Click on the customer's customer number.

  • Click on Orders > Create and manage new order. A new order is created.

  • Check and change the customer's billing and delivery address if necessary. The billing and delivery address will only be changed for this customer's order.

  • To add products to the order, proceed as follows:
    Enter the quantity in the Quantity field.
    Click on Assign products.
    Select the product from the list.
    Click on Apply.

  • If necessary, change the shipping and payment method, as well as the tax settings. The requirement for this is that you have set up several shipping and payment methods (see Help Centre articles “Managing delivery methods” and "Managing payment methods").

  • Click on Update at the bottom of the page.

  • Click on Apply to save the order.
