In this article you will learn how to view the transactions for completed orders in MyShop.
Open transactions
In the Orders menu, select > Transactions and then the payment method. An overview of all transactions carried out with this payment method appears.
To search for a specific transaction, enter the search criteria, e.g. the period in which the transaction was carried out. Click on Start search.
Notes on WorldPay transactions
- Amount column: Shows the value of the shopping cart
- Authorised amount: Shows the amount in the currency in which the customer has paid with WorldPay
- Status column: Shows which orders you have debit manually. You can open and edit the transactions via the Open WorldPay administration link.
- AVS column: Shows the AVS code (Address Verification System Code) for the transaction. The AVS code shows the result of the verification of the customer data using a four-digit number sequence. Not all WorldPay accesses support the AVS code. Whether the AVS code is supported depends on the customer's bank and the type of contract you have concluded with WorldPay.
