IONOS Cloud Servers: Information on the 2026 price adjustment

In this article you will find important information on the price adjustment for Cloud Servers.
Note
You have been informed by email whether your product is affected. Attached to the email you will find a PDF file with a list of your contracts and the new prices.
Emails sent to you can also be found in your IONOS account. After logging in, click on the bell symbol in the top right corner to display notifications.
Why is this adjustment necessary?
In order to guarantee you maximum reliability and compliance with the strictest security standards in the future, we are continuously investing in the optimisation of our platforms.
Due to the general increase in expenses for the operation and maintenance of our infrastructure, as well as increased security requirements, it is necessary to adjust the prices for your Cloud Server. This is the only way we can continue to guarantee the usual performance and high security standards of our infrastructure, even with older product generations.
What do I have to do?
Nothing. The price adjustment will take effect on the date stated in the letter. All technical features and individual configurations of your IONOS products remain unaffected.
Will the price adjustment result in cancellation of my IONOS product?
No. The price adjustment has no effect on the accessibility or function of your IONOS product.
Will I lose included features or extensions?
No. All current features and enhancements to your IONOS contract will be retained.
Where can I view the configuration of my Cloud Server?
You can view the configuration of your Cloud Server in your IONOS account. To do this, complete the following:
Log in to your IONOS account.
Click on Menu > Servers & Cloud in the title bar. If you have several contracts, scroll to the desired Servers & Cloud contract and select it. The Cloud Panel opens.
Select the desired Cloud Server in the Infrastructure > Servers area.
Scroll down to Configuration.
Can I cancel products affected by the price increase?
If you do not agree with the price adjustment, you can cancel your contract at any time in your IONOS account with immediate effect. You can find instructions on how to do this in the following article: Cancelling your entire IONOS contract.
Please Note
If you delete a server, all data on it will also be irrevocably deleted.
