AI Reputation Manager collects, monitors, and responds to customer reviews from various platforms (such as Google and business directories). It consolidates the feedback into a central feed and provides AI-powered tools to help draft response texts.

View online reputation statistics

Following the initial set-up and ongoing processing of reviews, the system provides an aggregated analysis of all review data as well as a direct market comparison. This view is divided into the following analytical components:

Google Business profile analysis: This section visually compares the key performance indicators of your own profile (average rating, total number of reviews, response rate, and number of photos uploaded) on a scale against the figures for leading companies and the market average.

Overall rating analysis by dimension: Customer feedback is analysed semantically and broken down into functional rating dimensions. These include quantitative metrics for product and service quality, customer interaction and communication, and the in-store experience.

Comparison with direct competitors: A statistical distribution curve determines the company’s exact market positioning in a local comparison. A linked map view lists regional competitors, including their ranking positions.

Review distribution and sources: A bar chart breaks down the distribution of star ratings awarded (1 to 5 stars). In addition, the cumulative volume of reviews is shown separately for each connected platform (e.g., Google, Facebook).
