Resetting user passwords

HiDrive Next allows you to reset a user’s password. This article explains how to do this.

A HiDrive Next user's password is reset in the IONOS account.
Resetting your password
- Log in to your IONOS account.
- In the title bar, click Menu > HiDrive Next. If you also use other IONOS cloud storage products, click Menu > Cloud Storage.
- Click the Open button on the desired HiDrive Next tile. The user overview for HiDrive Next will open.
- Click on the three-dot menu (Action) in the row containing the desired user. A context menu will open.
- Select Change password. The password change page will open.
- Enter a new password and confirm your entry by clicking the Change password button.
