Contract for Data Processing

As a customer of IONOS Internet Limited (IONOS) you may store your customer‘s personal data on the platforms and datacentres of IONOS. As soon as you store or process personal data on our systems, you must legally secure such personal data in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
For this reason, our Reseller Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is now available to download. There is no additional charge for this agreement. With this Agreement you may confirm to your customers the security of the data on the servers of IONOS Internet Limited.
