Setting Up Mail Business Accounts

Learn how to create Mail Business email accounts.

Step 1

Log in to IONOS and select Email.

Step 2

At the top-right, click Create email address.

Step 3

Find Mail Business and click the Create or Order button. If ordering an additional Mail Business license, complete the order process before continuing.

Step 4

Fill in the input fields as follows:

  • In the Email field, enter the desired name of the email address (the part that should appear before the @ sign) and select a domain.
  • Enter the desired password and repeat it in the next input field.
  • Optional: If the emails are also to be forwarded to another, existing email address, activate the Forward emails setting.
  • Optional: Enable Anti-SPAM or Premium Virus Protection
  • Click Save.
