Overview of the New Webmail Interface

Updated user interface and settings, customised themes and colours, forward and backward navigation system, keyboard shortcuts, undo function for sending e-mails, option to add attachments from existing e-mails and management of shared resources.

Improved user interface

Based on innovative design principles, the user interface was updated to optimise navigation and user-friendliness. In addition, forward and backward navigation in the browser is now supported.

Customised themes and colours

It is now possible to customise the colour and theme of the user interface in Webmail. Several predefined themes are available for this purpose. In addition, you can combine different backgrounds and colours or set the dark mode to further customise the user interface.

Review of settings

A search field is now available in the settings menu, allowing you to quickly and easily find the desired settings. In addition, quick settings can be accessed more easily.

Keyboard shortcuts

You can now access various functions using keyboard shortcuts. Addtionally you can configure the keyboard shortcuts by choosing between different profiles or deactivate this function altogether.

Unsending e-mails

Did you accidentally send an e-mail too early or to the wrong recipient? After clicking the 'Send' button, you can stop sending the e-mail within a short period of time. If the e-mail has already been sent, it will no longer be possible to cancel it.

Adding attachments from existing e-mails

In Webmail you can now reuse attachments by transferring them from an existing e-mail to a new e-mail. To do this, select the e-mail containing the desired attachment and add it to the new e-mail.

Management of shared resources

Now you can efficiently manage shared resources such as meeting rooms and devices, reducing scheduling conflicts and improving productivity.
