For all IONOS Server products, we support the IONOS user interfaces, the server hardware, the IONOS network, and any software included with base installations.

  • For Dedicated servers you are responsible for monitoring your HDD/SSD health. If one of your storage devices breaks, or for any other hardware faults please contact Customer Service at +44 808 303 0000.

  • Root access servers are not backed up by IONOS. Please consider protecting your data using an external backup solution such as our Cloud Backup.
