- 14-day right of cancellation: Details on the application of the statutory right of withdrawal can be found in the IONOS General Terms and Conditions (Section 4.3).
- 30-day money-back guarantee: If you are not satisfied with a product you have ordered, you can make use of our money-back guarantee within the first month.
- Minimum contract term and cancellation period: You can cancel your IONOS contract at any time. The prerequisite is that you comply with the minimum contract period and the agreed notice period.
