In this article, we'll explain how you can easily change your customer information for your IONOS contract.
- Log in to IONOS.
- Click the My Account & Logout icon at the top-right and select Contact Details.
- Update your contact information, then click the Confirm button.
- Unfortunately, it is not possible to add or remove a business name to your account in IONOS.
- The changes apply to all contracts in the account.
- If changing the name on the account, you should also update the domain contact details afterward.
