This article explains how to request a review from your clientele and manage existing reviews.

With customer reviews in a 5-star style, you can help your agency entry in the IONOS Partner Network stand out even more. A rating can only be submitted if clients have received a unique rating link.

The following categories are evaluated within the scope of a customer rating:

  • Cooperation

  • Quality

  • Schedule

  • Budget

In addition, customers have the opportunity to provide further feedback using a free text field.

The ratings received are displayed on your profile in the IONOS Partner Network and can help potential customers to get to know you and your skills better.

Requesting a Review

To request an evaluation from your clientele, follow these steps:

  • Log in to the IONOS Partner Portal.
  • Click Reviews in the left navigation menu. Then, click the Request a review button.
  • Select a customer from the drop-down list.

  • Click Continue.

  • Decide whether you are requesting the evaluation for a specific project or for your IONOS Partner Network profile.

  • Click Continue.

  • Choose whether you would like a link that you can send yourself or if you would like the request to be sent through IONOS.

    Optional: If you choose to have the link sent through IONOS, you will be able to enter a personalised message, as well as preview the message before it is sent.

  • Click Send review request.

Managing Reviews

Respond to reviews by clicking on the desired review in your partner profile. Please note that you must be logged in to your IONOS Partner Portal profile.

You can perform the following actions in the Agency Partner Portal to manage your reviews:

Highlighting Ratings

As an agency partner, you can highlight up to 5 ratings in the upper section of your network entry. To do this, proceed as follows:

  • Click on the three dots to the right of the project name.

  • Click Pin review to top.

Replying to a Review

Alternatively, you can comment on a rating once publicly:

  • Click the three dots to the right of the project name.

  • Click on Reply.

  • Enter the desired text and click Reply.

Hiding Reviews

To hide an evaluation text, proceed as follows:

  • Click the three dots to the right of the project name.

  • Click Hide review.

Reporting Offensive Reviews

If you have received an offensive or particularly unfair rating, you can report it. In a review process it will be decided whether the complete rating including the star rating can be removed from the network entry. To do this, proceed as follows:

  • Click on the three dots to the right of the project name.

  • Click on Report offensive review.
