You can find details of your contracts in your IONOS account. If you have further questions about determining your shop version, IONOS Customer Support will be happy to help.
Edit the Right of Withdrawal page
- Log in to your eShop.
- From the home page of the administration area, select Content / Categories > Datasheet view in the main menu.
- Click on Right of withdrawal in the table.
- Change the text under Long description.
- Save your changes.
Integrate the cancellation form on every shop page
- Open your eShop in the browser and go to the Right of withdrawal page.
- In the table of contents, right-click on the link to the cancellation form and copy the address of the link to your clipboard.
- In the administration area, select Design > Quick design in the main menu.
- In the page area where you want to add the link, select the Plus symbol. The Insert new page element window will appear.
- On the left, under the topic area, click User-defined page elements.
- On the right, select Link.
- Select Insert.
- Under Link destination, select the External option.
- Under Name, enter the text of the link, e.g., Cancel contract.
- Under Link, paste the previously copied link address.
- Optional: If the inserted link address says "http" instead of "https", add the "s" after "http" yourself.
- Click on Apply.
- The link to the cancellation form is now integrated on every page of your online shop.
Next steps
The use of the cancellation form does not mean that your customer's cancellation automatically becomes effective. Therefore, as legally required, confirm receipt of the cancellation immediately and then check the cancellation (e.g., regarding deadlines and reasons for exclusion).
