Logging in to HiDrive Next

Valid for HiDrive Next.

There are various ways to log in to HiDrive Next. This article provides an overview of the different ways to access it.

Note

You log in to HiDrive Next using the login details you have set yourself, not your IONOS login details. The Help Centre article Managing HiDrive Next users explains how to create a HiDrive Next user.

Log in through your IONOS account

To log in to HiDrive Next using your IONOS account:

Log in to your IONOS account.
In the title bar, click on Menu > HiDrive.
Click the Start button on the relevant HiDrive Next tile. The user overview for HiDrive Next will open.
In the row containing the desired user, click the three-dot menu (Action) > HiDrive Next Login. The HiDrive Next login page will open in a new browser tab.

Log in through a web browser

To log in to HiDrive Next via a web browser, go to the following address: https://storage.ionos.co.uk.

Log in through the app

Apps for various operating systems are available for using HiDrive Next. In the Help Centre article Using HiDrive Next with the app, you will find the download links for desktop apps (Windows, Mac) and mobile apps (Android, iOS).
