Mail Basic is the entry-level email package from IONOS. You can find an overview of our current Mail Basic packages and prices on the page https://www.ionos.co.uk/office-solutions/create-an-email-address. Upgrading from Mail Basic to Mail Business is possible at any time.

Mail Basic is available in two versions:

Mail Basic 1 includes your own domain and an email account with 2 GB of email storage.
Mail Basic 1+ includes your own domain and an email account with 12 GB of email storage.

A spam filter and access to Webmail are included free of charge with both options.
