HiDrive creates conflict files/folders when it cannot sync changes automatically. This article explains how to fix this problem.
The following options exist for resolving the conflict manually:
- If the object is currently being accessed by a program, such as an open PDF document, close that program. HiDrive moves the local file to a conflict folder and downloads the version from the HiDrive cloud storage.
- For name conflicts, name the corresponding files differently in one location.
