Checking the PayPal Debit
In most cases, the difference is the result of combining different invoices or offsetting them against credits or balances in your PayPal account.
To check your PayPal transactions, follow these steps:
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Click Activity in the top menu bar. Your PayPal transactions will then be displayed.
- In the Search transactions field, enter the term IONOS to narrow down the relevant transactions.
In the individual transaction details, you can see a breakdown of the IONOS transaction, such as the original payment date, whether a PayPal credit was incorporated, and the original amount of the IONOS invoice.
