HiDrive Next from IONOS is your digital workspace, allowing you to manage, share, and collaborate on your data online easily and securely. This article provides an overview and introduces you to how to use HiDrive Next.
Open and activate
Once you have ordered your HiDrive Next package, you will find the HiDrive Next tile in your IONOS account. If you also use other IONOS cloud storage products, you will find HiDrive Next under the Cloud Storage tile.
Log in
Once you have set it up for the first time, HiDrive Next is ready to use. The Help Centre article Logging in to HiDrive Next explains the various ways to access the system.
Manage
The first step is to create users in HiDrive Next. If necessary, you can create groups to represent, for example, teams or departments. The user management functions are summarised in the Help Centre article Managing HiDrive Next users.
Use
HiDrive Next can be used on a wide range of devices. For further information, please see the Help Centre articles Using the Android app for HiDrive Next and Using the iOS app for HiDrive Next.
