Jeanna Raffa works as a Spe­cial­ist Website Search Engine Op­tim­isa­tion at IONOS in Karlsruhe. Since March 2020, she has been working in the SEO field there, bringing extensive expertise in content marketing, SEO/GEO, project man­age­ment and ad man­age­ment. In her current role, she spe­cial­ises in creating and op­tim­ising high-quality content for email and office products as well as cloud solutions such as HiDrive and Nextcloud, making complex technical topics ac­cess­ible to target audiences.

Pre­vi­ously, she spent over twelve years in affiliate marketing for 1&1 Tele­com­mu­nic­a­tion SE and IONOS, most recently as Senior Affiliate Program Manager. During this time, she was re­spons­ible for managing sales partners, with a focus on marketing com­mu­nic­a­tions and portal man­age­ment.

She laid her found­a­tion with vo­ca­tion­al training as an IT systems man­age­ment assistant at Datix IT GmbH & Co. KG and a certified business man­age­ment qual­i­fic­a­tion from the Karlsruhe Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK).
