Melissa Senn has been with IONOS since 2016 and joined the IONOS Digital Guide team in 2021. She focuses on website man­age­ment, e-commerce and social media.

As a digital strategist, she par­tic­u­larly focuses on ar­ti­fi­cial in­tel­li­gence (AI). She uses her expertise to translate complex tech­no­lo­gic­al trends into practical content for small and medium-sized en­ter­prises (SMEs).

She began her career at IONOS in trans­ac­tion­al SEO. In this role, she was re­spons­ible for search engine op­tim­isa­tion for the online tools and e-commerce product areas for over four years, with a focus on technical analysis and in­creas­ing online vis­ib­il­ity.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Ad­min­is­tra­tion and a Master of Science degree in Man­age­ment with a spe­cial­isa­tion in Marketing from the Uni­ver­sity of Hohenheim in Stuttgart.
