Jeanna Raffa works as a Website Search Engine Op­tim­iz­a­tion Spe­cial­ist at IONOS in Karlsruhe. She has been working in the SEO field there since March 2020, bringing with her com­pre­hens­ive expertise in content marketing, SEO/GEO, project man­age­ment, and ad man­age­ment. In her current role, she spe­cial­izes in creating and op­tim­iz­ing high-quality content for email and office products, as well as cloud solutions like HiDrive and Nextcloud, trans­lat­ing complex technical topics into easy-to-un­der­stand in­form­a­tion for the target audience.

Prior to this, she spent over twelve years in affiliate marketing for 1&1 Tele­com­mu­nic­a­tion SE and IONOS, most recently as a Senior Affiliate Program Manager. During this time, she was re­spons­ible for managing dis­tri­bu­tion partners, with her core focus areas being marketing com­mu­nic­a­tion and portal man­age­ment.

She built her pro­fes­sion­al found­a­tion with vo­ca­tion­al training as an IT systems man­age­ment assistant and a degree as a certified Bachelor of Business (CCI) from the Karlsruhe Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
